After finding my son naked several days in a row, I decided to see if he wanted to go on the potty. He said yes, and now we are in full swing potty training. So far so good: he does much better if we just let him run around naked from the waist down...these pictures are just too cute to not share.

Good luck!! I hated potty training my crazy boy...loved the no diaper thing though. Of course, now we have another in diapers but at least we got a little break. :)
